Holiday Clubs & Parties
How do I make a booking?
You can either download the form from our website or email sarah@littlecreatives.co.uk and you will be sent a form.  Once this has been completed and returned you will be sent through an invoice which includes payment details, and your Little Creative will be booked on!
 
How do I make payment?
 
Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer, the details for which will be included on your invoice.  If this is not possible you can also pay by cheque or cash.  All payments must be received before the start of the week.
 
Are your facilitators DBS registered?
 
Absolutely!  All of our facilitators have a current up-to-date DBS.
 
Can I cancel my booking?
We know that sometimes last-minute changes happen.  Due to keeping our numbers low and our ratio of Facilitators to Little Creatives 1:10 cancellations really do impact us.
Cancellations made a month before the start day will be given a full refund.  Cancellations made two weeks before the start day will be given a 50% refund.  Any cancellations within the two weeks before the start date will not be refunded.
 
What if I am unhappy with your service?
 
We try to work quite closely with the parents of our Little Creatives to ensure we address any issues they are facing inside or out of our FUNdango Holiday Clubs.  If you feel your child is unhappy at one of our days or weeks please speak to either the Lead Facilitator or if you do not feel comfortable doing that please contact Sarah on 07543 259 926 or by email sarah@littlecreatives.co.uk
We take any incident very seriously and will always do our best to resolve it immediately.
If you are unhappy with the response please put it in writing to Sarah and /or if it is about our Holiday Clubs you can contact OFSTED to make a formal complaint.
 
FUNdango's Holiday Clubs only
Do you have a first aider on site?
Yes, at least one of the facilitators onsite will have completed a Paediatric First Aid Training Course and will have a fully stocked First Aid kit with them. 
 
What happens if my child hurts themselves whilst at Little Creatives?
 
The First Aider will follow their training and procedures, they will contact yourselves and / or the emergency services if necessary.
For minor injuries you will be told in person when you arrive to pick up your Little Creative.
For non-serious head injuries you will be sent an email to inform you of the incident for future care.
Are you OFSTED Registered?
Yes.  Our OFSTED registration numbers are:

Do you take Childcare Vouchers?
Yes we do.  We are registered with several companies, just let us know which one your Childcare Vouchers are with and we can send you our details.
 
Do you provide lunch?
No.  We ask that all children bring a bottle of water with them to be consumed throughout the day and a nut-free lunch and snack.  We ask that Little Creatives (except siblings) do not share their food due to possibly allergies. 
 
Will they get outdoor play?
When the weather is suitable – absolutely!  If the weather is not we have a large hall where they will have some free time during break and lunch.  There are always facilitators with our Little Creatives at break and lunch.
 
How many Little Creatives are at a FUNdango?
 
We recognise that it is important to know each of our Little Creatives, that is why we keep it to a maximum of 28 for each FUNdango.  We have two facilitators and an assistant for a maximum of 1:10 facilitator to young person ratio.
We truly want each Little Creative to get the most out of their time with us and therefore keep our numbers low so we can get to know them and develop their skill set.  We love seeing the friendships and individuals grow over the years – it is a real privilege!
 
What do they get up to?
 
Oh so much!  Our FUNdango Days and Weeks are chock-a-block full of Creative FUN! 
We start each day with a soft beginning of a simple craft activity whilst Little Creatives arrive, we then have a Welcome circle to get to know each other.  We have our three boundaries – Listen, Respect and Support Everybody which are re-instated at the start of each day.  After that we warm up our voices, bodies and imaginations through a couple of games and then it depends what the day is centred around – dancing, acting, singing, costume making, more games – it is non stop Creative FUN!
 
My child has additional needs.  How can you accommodate them?
 
All our FUNdango Holiday Clubs are inclusive and we work closely with the parents of our Little Creatives with additional needs to make sure their needs are met.  We understand all young people are individuals and do not put boundaries on ability.  We work with the family, our facilitators, the young person and the support provided to enable every Little Creative to have the most FUN and creative experience at a FUNdango.  If you would like to have a chat regarding specific needs please call Sarah on 07543 259 926 or email sarah@littlecreatives.co.uk
 
My child doesn’t attend the school you work from.  Can they still attend your sessions?
 
Absolutely!  Please fill in the booking form and email it to sarah@littlecreatives.co.uk – we can’t wait to meet them!

Facilitators
How do I become a facilitator for Little Creatives?
Our facilitators are very important to us and getting the right people whose style and ethos matches that of our own.  If you think that is you and you have the relevant experience, a current DBS and are registered as self-employed please email sarah@littlecreatives.co.uk with your CV.
